Q: What if I have a preference of male or female certified personal trainer for 805 Get Fit?
A: One of the huge advantages that you will enjoy by

Q: What if I don’t match up with the trainer that I am provided?
A: Not to worry, as stated about, we have many to choose from. We understand that sometimes people don’t click. We feel it is imperative that you bond with your trainer as they will be an enormous influence and asset in your weight loss and fitness journey.
Q: What if I have injuries, limitations or contra indications?
A: Our Certified Personal Trainers have education and experience that allow them to work with most challenges. We will also work with your doctor or physical therapist to develop a comprehensive program that will yield results without exacerbating existing conditions.
